  7. Can trainees simply ‘skip’ through the content?

    The whole point of Online Training is to train your people, right? Then why do other Online Training systems let trainees simply skip through the content - without even watching the movies, hearing what the trainer has to say or answering the questions? Amazing, but true!

    With TEAM iQ, trainees must work through all the content in the order it is presented, they cannot just ‘skip’ through sections they have not done, or ignore Modules they don’t want to do. Once a trainee has been through a TEAM iQ Online Training course, you know they’ve actually done it.

    Of course, once the trainee has completed the training, or any Sections or Modules within it, then they can jump back and forth around the completed content, repeat any bits they are uncertain of or just want to be reminded about.

  8. Can you be sure that the trainees have understood the training?

    When you consider any other Online Training system you need to ask the question: Can I be sure that the trainee has actually understood the training? That it actually sunk in?
