• What’s the catch?

  How can you offer a fully functional, free trial of your system? Why would you do this?

  Simple really. There is no catch. We want to give you the opportunity to try TEAM iQ for yourself so that you can:-

  • share the training you create with your customers and staff, and see what they think.

• What’s it going to cost AFTER my free trial period?

  It’s not going to cost you anything, unless you choose to stay on and continue using TEAM iQ.

  If you do make that choice, and we certainly hope you do, then you’ll pay a small monthly subscription (only for as long as you choose to continue using the system) and you’ll be able to buy blocks of training credits that licence the use of the training you create.

• What exactly am I signing up to?

  When you start your TEAM iQ trial you create a brand new account in TEAM iQ in which you can create and publish your own Online Training, completely free of charge, for 30 days.

  You are not entering into any financial commitment or contract.

  You don’t have to “cancel” your account at the end, it does not “automatically renew”. Nothing. All you commit to is proper, fair and legal use of the system as detailed in our terms and conditions.

• What are the limitations on my trial account?

  Your free trial account is not limited in any way - you get full and complete access to all the functionality of TEAM iQ.

• Will I need help from my IT department?

  No. You don’t need any help from your IT department.

  All you need is a reasonably up-to-date PC and an internet connection.

• Can I actually produce some real training in my free trial?

  You certainly can. That is the whole point of your free trial period.

  You will be able to create any amount of training you want during the 30 days, and use TEAM iQ’s straight forward ‘point & click’ functionality to publish that training to the web, where your prospective customers and your team can try it out completely free of charge.

• My IT department won’t approve

  We often hear this. Modern use of internet technology makes many aspects of your IT department virtually redundant, and some of them might not like that!

  Seriously though, there is no reason for your IT department not to like it. You get to provide the training you need without needing their help or taking up their time, and without needing to buy any new equipment or software – it’s as simple as that.

  Either way, the good news is that provided you have a reasonably up to date PC and an internet connection, your IT department don’t actually need to know, and can’t do anything to stop you.

• Will I need to download and install any software?

  No. You don’t need to install any software to run TEAM iQ. It simply works in your web browser.

  You can create your training, and your customers and staff can run the training you create, without needing to download or install anything.
