Training managed in the Learning Management System (‘LMS’)
You can set up your staff with a login to your TEAM iQ system. They log on to TEAM iQ and run the training you assign to and manage for them using the Learning Management System in TEAM iQ.
Within the TEAM iQ system is an Online Training library where trainees can browse the available training, choose and run the courses they feel they need.
“External” training published outside your TEAM iQ system
TEAM iQ lets you publish the training you create anywhere on the Web or your Intranet, where trainees can access it without having to log in to the TEAM iQ system to do so.
Access to this training is protected by an Access Code that you have to issue (or sell) to anyone you want to be able to access the training course.
Use this option to sell training courses to customers, or grant training to staff where you do not need them to log into TEAM iQ and use the fully featured Learning Management System within.
Freeview
The Freeview function allows you to publish demonstration training that you want prospective customers to be able to freely access.
Freeview training is provided via a URL (web address) that is automatically created for any ‘Freeview’ course that you choose to publish. Simply publish a link from your existing web page or Intranet to your Freeview course, and trainees can just click on the link and run the training without the need to supply any credentials., your staff receive an email
notifying them of the new training requirement, with a link that they can just click on to open the course.

You can get the management information and reports that you need using a simple ‘export’ function to extract training record reports to a spreadsheet for further analysis or distribution.
You don’t need any programming or special computer skills to create your e-Learning.
No IT department involvement needed - there’s no software to download or install, and no new equipment needed.
Use your e-Learning to complement face-to-face training you provide.
Staff cannot just skip through the online training that you assign to them on TEAM iQ, but must work through it page by page in the manner intended.
